Justin Bieber was named as one of Forbes Magazine’s 2012 “30 under 30” Musicians on Dec 17. According to Forbes Magazine, Justin’s new album, world tour, and investments into start-ups have helped him achieve the popular title.
The “30 under 30” designation is for those representing and shaking up their industries, or as Forbes states, the “brightest stars” of 2012. Other popular musicians that made the cut include Lady Gaga, Adele, Ke$ha, Taylor Swift, Skrillex, Rihanna, Katy Perry, and One Direction.
Justin Bieber’s ongoing success and talent have helped him stand out in the crowd. The Canadian pop star was discovered in 2009 and has since released three albums, all of which have had incredible success. He has earned multiple awards along with millions of fans around the world, referred to as “Beliebers.”
In addition to being named on Forbes Magazine’s “30 under 30” list for musicians, they also named him the “third-most powerful celebrity in the world” in 2012.
